At Lakshya Food (India) Limited, our extensive and efficiently managed network is the lifeline of our operations. We believe that quality dairy products can only reach consumers when a strong, transparent, and inclusive ecosystem is built — and that’s exactly what we’ve done. Our journey begins with 300 village-level milk collection centers, spread across Haryana and its neighboring states. These centers are strategically located and form the backbone of our procurement operations. Every day, thousands of litres of fresh milk are collected from over 12,000 farmers who are integral members of the Lakshya family.

Lakshya Dairy Farms: Growing with Care

In a part of North India, something extraordinary has been unfolding. A small dream at the beginning, now has transformed into a dairy farming story that is inspiring thousands.This all happens because of its founder Lakshya who has deep love for animals and a dream for better dairy farming. Today, that dream has grown into five successful farms and a herd of over 5,000 cattle.

The Pride of the Farm: Murrah Buffaloes

These buffaloes are well known across the region for producing milk that is rich, creamy, and plentiful. Locals affectionately call them “Milk Wali Bhans” because of just how good their milk is.This special breed is one of the reasons Lakshya Dairy Farms has become North India’s largest. But it is not the number of cattle that matters but it’s the care behind the quality that really makes the difference.

A Farm Built on Care and Cleanliness

From feeding to milking, everything here is done with attention to detail. The cows eat a special feed known as Charra which is made specially to keep them healthy and productive. The milking process? It’s as modern as it gets. Using state-of-the-art machines, 400 to 500 cattle are milked at the same time, making the process faster, cleaner, and less stressful for the animals.Every week, each cow gets a routine health check to ensure the healthy production of milk.

More Than a Farm—A Community

One of the most inspiring parts of the Lakshya story is how it’s grown to include not just cattle, but people—over 20,000 farmers, to be exact. These farmers work in collaboration with Lakshya, which provides benefits of access to reliable business opportunities, regular milk quality testing, and even training camps every few months where they learn how to boost their productivity and farm smarter.

A Daily Routine that Moves the Region

Everyday, the farms help to collect nearly 1 lakh liters of milk from partnering farmers. It’s not an easy task, but thanks to modern technology and good teamwork, the system runs with consistency. Behind every liter of milk is a story of dedication which starts from the farmer who rises before dawn to the Lakshey team which ensures that it’s handled with care.
